We worked with command 7 for a year and all went fairly well just slow payment. This has changed to no payments I was even told if I finished out contract I would be paid. Well that was just a song and dance. Bottom line is this company is not paying its contractors you can verify this with google reviews on their website.

I was always told the sites we serviced for them hasn't paid and they will pay once they receive paymen. Not true I contacted the site manager and guess what they pay by end of each mont. 

Never consider doing business with this company !!!!! Please check there reviews and BBB reviews, they owe so many contractors it would be a goof class action lawsuit.

Command 7 paid slow, but like now we are not getting paid the balance owed. They owe us just over 2K and they are claiming that they aren't paying becuase they weren't aware of the de-icing services performed in 2017-2018. They paid finally paid for all the plowing services to date, but will not pay for any de-icing services or products applied. According to them they received the information from the mobile app we were required to submit through, but magically they never received any de-icing information. This is complete bull! We submitted the photographs, invoicces, the amount and the product applied and were told it would be paid out once they recieved payment from the customer. We submitted the way we were told to and now they say they can't pay us and they didn't bill the customer or receive payment either. 

 

We sent out a billing statement and a kind reminder that the balance owed was WAY over due!. We immediately got a response saying they would get on it and we quickly received a check for 240.00 (two hundred fourty dollars), which is well under the two thousand and then some that is owed to us. The check they sent was also stamped on the back " ENDORSEMENT OF CHECK CONSTITUTES FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT ON YOUR (leaving blank for privacy purpose) SNOW ACCOUNT". Well of course we aren't cashing or endorsing it. Tomorrow I will be gathering all the documents and evidence to support our claim, return the check via certified mail requiring a signature, and kindly request that they pay the balance in full immediately. 

 

I highly doubt we will be getting anywhere and this will result in a small claims court. I imaging the action will be out of my state as the services were rendered here and not in Utah. I don't know though, either way beware of this company spread the word and maybe there are other companies suffering the same treatment from Command 7. If so, we just may have a class action suit sooner than they think!
