However, I have written proof from that same debt collector explicitly stating that they do not own or service this debt. Despite this admission, Verizon persists in using this false claim as a shield to avoid responsibility and to deny resolution. This raises the question: Why is Verizon continuing to insist on an arrangement that even their so called collector denies? This contradiction demonstrates clear bad faith and possible deception. Moreover, using an unlicensed or misrepresented collection agency to handle a disputed account may constitute an unlawful practice. Final Statement This rebuttal is not just a matter of disagreement it reflects the systemic negligence, misrepresentation, and potential legal violations by Verizon and its partners.
