Compass Bank Charged my account $700.00 in NSF fees during a two week period with no explanation! Houston Texas

We opened our account with Compass Bank less than a year ago. Initially I noticed that they were changing the order of the charges on my account (biggest to smallest) then they would post our deposits AFTER they hit our account with 4-5 $38.00 NSF fees. I monitor our account on a daily basis and EVERYDAY the order changes. How convenient!!

When we contact their customer service department they give us some lame excuse that provides no explanation as to why they are changing the order of the items that are posted to our account. I don't see how they can legally change the order of the charges and deposits on our account. $700.00 is a big loss and has had a HUGE affect on our budget.

We cannot afford to keep the account open with Compass Bank constantly hitting us with these NSF fees. IF ANYONE BRINGS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST COMPASS BANK, WE WANT TO BE APART OF IT. We can provide documentation to back up our statement.
