You would have received one fee for your $.033 withdrawal; OD / NSF fees are not charged on top of service charges.
Something (you had authorised) was RETURNED for you to receive another fee.
And you would not see a 2/15 transaction on 2/15. Transactions post at night, so it would show up on your online banking the next business day.

Let me clarify...

There was no service charge for 5.00 on my online 2/15 statement the 30 minutes before I walked in there to close my account. As for the rep at the location I mentioned, he was cordial and professional and took care of it. I'd had an account with Compass for seven years, never had a problem with them, the past two or three years though, they've just slipped phenomenally.

I'm loving Wachovia, who's online banking is actually in the 21st century, and can't say I will ever return to Compass.

You want to fight this huh? Well uhm you have the proof right there that it was your mistake....
