Conslines is a scam. They offer cheap minutes to speak to your friends or loved ones that are incarcerated. They advertise very cheap minutes. 21.00 for 500 minutes to someone in Jail or Prison. You order and pay. Then when your loved one calls they do not intercept the charges. I have used (((REDACTED))) they are wonderful, not as cheap but a legitimate company.
