I contacted this company to try to get a reduced charge on phone calls from the local county jail, where my husband was detained. I emailed the company before setting up my account and inquired about the process and to make sure the facility would allow the service. While doing so i was assured that the facility accepted the service, and I would receive call rate discounts.

Therefore, I signed up with this company I would like to note now that it says immediate account set up. Which is completely false. I had to continuously email them before my account was set up. My husband was able to make on phone call to this number before it was blocked and I did not receive ANY discount on that call. Now the company is taking out reoccurring charges from my bank account for a service they never provided in the first place.

I have contacted the company and i am getting the run around, first they said that I did receive service which in fact I did not, now they are trying to say that they were not aware of the main provider that the calls go through, and i they have a special set up for them. When they were in fact informed before creating my account. This company is a total scam Do Not Use this company if you are ever in my situation. They will argue and you will get nowhere they are scam artist and total frauds and should not be able to do business anywhere.
