Conslines Would not refund my money after I could not use the service Mexico Internet

 My sister is in jail and I was trying to find a cheaper way to pay for her calls then going through GTL. I went onto the Conslines website and saw you get 100 minutes for $8.99. I read through what they had on their site and thought it sounded good. When I tried to read the terms of service, it kept redirecting me to a different area of the page I was on. That should've been my first clue but I continued on. After I filled out the info and paid, it said I would get an email giving me directions to set up my account. When I got the email, it said I had to go onto the GTL website and pay for their service and set up the new phone number they gave me. That pissed me off because how am going to have my sister call the new number if I can't give it to her! Then I had to pay again to go through the company I was trying not to use because they take $7.95 out of everything you pay! I had understood it that all you had to pay was the monthly $8.99 and that was it. They wait until you pay to send you an email telling you differently! I then tried to call the number and no one answered, so I emailed them and he would not refund my money even though I Never used their service!!!!! This company is a complete scam!! Do not ever use them!!!
