 I came across this website thinking I would be able to receive collect calls on my cell from my bf who was detained. The website says create account and tell inmate to call and nothing else. After purchasing at 11pm. I had to write numerous emails to become activated which did not happen until 1pm the next day. However, you have to give a new number for inmate to call and then it "should" work. I knew this is something that did not work for me. I wrote an email requesting for a refund. They said no and it was my error not theirs. They also advised if I cancel I would get charged $100 for fraud and go to collections. Mind you I did not use the service. I also noticed when I called it went to voicemail and the charge on credit card reflects Tijuana not CA where they are supposedly. Please beware of this company. Not helpful or useful.
