I purchased 300 min of discount time so I could talk to my son in the county jail from ConsLines. They were more then happy to take my money, however the never provided the service. They said it would be availble for use in 10 mins, we are now going on 2 days. I call the number provided by the company only to get an unprofessional recording saying "leave a message". That was it, and thus far have yet to speak with a live person after repeated attempts of calling.
I am now going to contact the FCC to see if there is anything they can do. I also called my credit card company so they are aware of this company and will not pay the charge.
What else can I say they are scammers stay away.
I will update my report should I recieve any information from the FCC.
