Consumer Health Benefits Association misrepresented and misinformed me as to health insurance conerage. i have paid them $1039.60 and they have covered NOTHING - dr. visits, prescriptions, etc. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WANT TO SUE tHIS CO. FOR ALL MONEY I WAS ROBBED FOR THE PAST 7 MONTHS Coconut Grove illinois and florida Nationwide

i have been ripped off by CHBA. they misrepresented themselves upon signing me up for their health ins. program in november 2008. I have been charged $1039.60 in mthly fees and sign up fees and have not had any doctor, hospital, tests, and prescriptions covered by their health insurance and prescription plan. im being sued by hospitals, radiologists, diagnostic offices because of their lack of coverage/payment as they had said they would cover in full. also i have paid over $5000 in prescriptions since 11/10/2008 that i have not been reimbursed for as the health ins plan said that they would.
i am livid and intend to sue this false company for the monwy they charged me, for the money that they should have paid my doctors, hospitals, etc. and for reimbursing my prescription costs.
i have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will not stop fighting for my money untill the issue is resurected and i am compensated

Are you unable to read ?? It PLAINLY states SEVERAL times on their websit that this is NOT insurance. It is a DISCOUNT PLAN !! If you are too stupid to know what you signed up for, you deserved exactly what you get. There is no rip off here. And you will most certainly NOT be getting any money back from this company.
