This is a lying, and trustless company. I spent more than $300 to buy its 3-yrs. extended warranty. When my laptop met trouble (hinge was broken) this company asked me to pay more $60 for shipping. After I did they told me that my product can't be fixed because it's not worth to be fixed and is its responsibility to fix the problem.

Come on... My warranty package is "solving in one step". After I paid $400 they mailed the problem laptop to me and did not do anything! Never, never, never trust this company! Don't waste your money!

Consumer priority service I spent $2,200 on a brand new Samsung 3D 60” TV that has every feature from the smart hub, to voice and motion sensor, camera etc. Thankfully in past 5yrs no issues until 1 week before my warranty expires. Red vertical line thru center of tv... filed claim- was contacted to confirm issue”- then they sent a local repair person out- who only took a picture of the tv. Didn’t open the back to see if it was a TCom or anything- just took a pic and that was it.  These ppl are scam artists and as soon as I hire a lawyer and get this going I’ll be spreading the word EVERYWHERE! SCAM!! Brooklyn New York
