CopsPlus.com Cops Plus "Low Price Guarantee"is A Lie! "Low Price Guarantee"is a Lie! Astoria New York

I made a purchase of $42.28 through the copsplus.com website on Fri, Feb 1, 2008. The next day I discovered the exact same product at an online store hosted by ebay. I immediately sent an email requesting a price match as guaranteed on their website under "Low Price Guarantee" or to cancel my order. On the Monday, the 4th I received an email saying "We do not price match items from eBay." This information is not posted anywhere on their website. I called and stated if they were not going to honor their "Low Price Guarantee" then I wanted to cancel my order as I had previously stated in my email written the day after my order. On the 5th I received this email "Unfortunately we were unable to cancel your order as it is currently prepared for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you." I again called their office
asking why my order was not canceled, they said it was too late. I said I don't want it and it was suggested by the CS rep to refuse the shippment from UPS. And that's what I did. They gave me a credit of $27.34 on my AmEx. When I called today to request the balance ($14.94)
be credited to my AmEx, they refused saying I had to pay for a restocking fee and they don't price match with ebay cause it's sold in "limited quantities." Isn't EVERYTHING sold in "limited quantities?" I did check, the online store is still selling the knives, I bought 2 from them.

They had from the 2nd to the 5th to cancel my order and did not. Nor did they honor their "Low Price Guarantee." I want them to credit my AmEx in the amount of $14.94. Thank you for your help, Chris Borgman
