I ordered 4 replacement cushions and covers on Sept 12 2007, was told the cushions would arrive by Oct 8 2007. Two weeks after the cushions did not arrive I called asking for an update on the status of the order (it had been charged on my credit card the day of the order request, red flag). I was told, by voice mail response (red flag), my order was being processed and it would be shipped within 4 weeks. After the order did not arrive, I called again and was told it would be shipped within 4 weeks (recorded voice mail response again). The first week of December 2007 I called and asked that the order be cancelled and the charge credited to my credit card account. I recieved a recorded message that my order was cancelled and the account would be credited. Two weeks later I called again asking to be credited and recieved the same recorded message stating my account would be credited. My account has not been credited and I am unable to contact CrateFurniture to resolve.

We have been providing quality service for over 25 years, the largest fabric mill in the USA shut its doors leaving us to deal with a number of customers that could not get their products. All related customers will or have received product or been refunded depending on their particular situation. This customer received a full refund.
