I looked it up on the internet and I even called into BBB NV and spoke to the president of that office and He confirmed that a formal complaint actually has full jursidiction for judge jury and executionor. Because you filed a "FORMAL" complaint with the BBB-BS keep watching the news.  Now understand, an "INFORMAL" complaint doesn't result in the following, just "FORMAL" complaints.

The level "C" intelligence department has already indentified the people and locations.  At an unexpected hour, heavily armed BBB-BS team members will storm that location and at the same time, BBB-BS armed drivers will be bringing in their mobile courtroom with judge and jury already seated, of course wearing seatbelts.  The swat team will forcefully drag out the people involved and march them in handcuffs and leg chains past the cameras and directly into the mobile courtroom.  Once there, the BBB-BS will decree these people broke numerous BBB-BS laws and as such, they will be immediately sentenced.  Again with handcuffs and leg chains, the offenders will be led out of the mobile courtroom and directly into the BBB-BS mobile jail to serve their sentence. If you watch the video carefully, especially from the newsfeed from the official BBB-BS hovering helicopters, you'll notice a few black eyes and bloody noses on the offenders who gave the special agents of the BBB-BS a hard time.  And speaking of hard time, the judge, after consulting BBB-BS case law and sentencing guidelines, the offenders will probably not be returning to society soon, if at all.  This is the consequence of breaking BBB-BS laws and edicts.  Just beware, don't ever, ever, ever break BBB-BS law.  Their powers to discipline and punish are legendary.  Also, never file a "FORMAL" complaint with them unless you have no heart.  Otherwise filing an "INFORMAL" complaint is enough!
