So I went to the website to pay on my Credit One Bank credit card, and found that they actually charge you to make a payment. How is this even legal? Its a $3.99 processing fee. Really? $4 extra to make a payment? So, I took the $4 off of my intended payment. And their employee's.....wow! Rude, demanding, harassing, and very intrusive questions they demand answers to. In less than a 36 hour period, I received 11 calls. And this is after I had made payment arrangements. I hope the Saudi's aren't using this money to support terrorism.

Typical Sub-Prime mentality...

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, April 15, 2016

Once again another typical "sub-prime" borrower who thinks they are entitled to make up their own rules.  But in reality it just goes to show why they are stuck with a sub-prime card in the first place.

First off this may be a shock to you, but you did make a legal agreement to pay back money YOU borrowed based on certain terms.  So yes, if you fail to meet this obligation they are going to become quite demanding because they *gasp* want THEIR money back.

As for the processing fee, yes it is legal and yes you did agree to it.  But was it y our brilliant idea Einstein to think that.."Well they are going to charge me a fee of $3.99, so I am just going to penalize them by not paying them back that amount".  Again...they still got their fee..right?  But not only that you now still owe them an additional $4 that they are collecting interest on(yes the interest on $4 isn't that much).  But here is something that is really going to send you into a probable rant.  IF this payment you made was part of an agreement, such as you were going to pay $50 and you only paid $46.01, you have FAILED to meet the terms of your payment arrangements and will have just turned their collection "machine" right back on.  Where you can expect them to not be as nice the second time(or what ever time it is for you).

Oh and before you even think it, no I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other credit card company.  In fact I would have said the exact same thing regardless of the sub-prime card you were with.
