Credit One overcharges, calls 3 times a day or more 7 days a week, doesn't align or calculate the payments right between online or via phone, causing me to make unnecessary double payments.

Although that particular credit card is a subprime card, Credit One would not call you 3 times a day for 7 days a week if you were making the scheduled payments on time each month, much less if you were making double the scheduled payments each month.  To fix this problem, download your monthly statements and analyze them to see what you owe, the due dates, the payment dates and what you need to do to pay off and close the account. I don't work for them at all. They do provide monthly statements (online). If you download all of them for the past 12 months you will be able to see what is happening to your account and make the appropriate payment to catch up to stop the calls. Good luck.
