Bought V265 from cricket had it maybe 3 1/2 months and it stop charging. Went to the cricket dealer for them to tell me that the phone was still under factory warrenty that it would have to go back to factory and that could take weeks or he said he could charge me $35 and he would give me a new phone. Lasted month and half stoped charging when I took it back to the cricket store I was told because it was exchanged in the store they was only a 30 day warrenty. Argued with him for a while when I knew if I stayed there any longer....... lets just say I left. Cricket was able to rip off another customer. Oh I had another option, I had insurence on the phone that I paid about $150 dollars or more for. The phone now sells for $49.95 but I have a $85 dedectable for a phone that sells for $49.95. Figure that.

If ANYONE buys a phone from Cricket, my recommendation is for you to contact the MANUFACTUER for warranty issues. Do NOT take the phone back to Cricket because they are HORRIBLE with warranty issues and will more than likely rip you off EVERY time. Go to Motorola's website and call their technical support number regarding your cell phone to get the BEST help.
