Cricket Wireless illegal wireless company Los Angeles California

I switched my wireless service from boost to cricket wireless like three months ago. January 8, 2016 I went in to pay my phone bill which is usually due on the 11th of each month. I decided to add a phone to my line for my boyfriend. somehow, the lady forgot to add the monthly fee to my boyfriend's phone. So today, which is the 11th I went see if I could get my money back. I was told no but then the lady told me to go home get the box to the new phone and the would refund me $35 becuase they charge $25 for phones return which was never told to me. I pleaded with all the repreasentative to at least turn my phone back on since my phone bill was paid, they demanded that I pay the remaining balance to the new phone when I clearly stated I would take the lost of that phone, I just needed my phone on because I have kids that had therapist that needed to reach me daily. They still said no. So I'm without a phone.
