Cricket wireless knew well in advance they were merging with Att. They still pushed the selling of cell phones that customers would not be able to use with the new cell phone towers (Att). Customers like myself spend hundreds of dollars for top of the line phones $400 plus in recent months which will be obsolete to the "new"service. What a ripoff. Now you have to purchase new cellphones in order to continue services. My plan was changed without warning. I was paying for 10 gb intranet and have been reduced to 2.5gb without warning. My service is bad now and  hardly get signal. When I went to a cricket store I pflugerville texas, the customer service representative gloated about how existing customers service sucks because you have to purchase a new cellphone in order to have good service...yes I understand we are not on a contract but we also get no discount on cellphones and pay full price. Which is not fair especially to low income families.
