We purchased TWO phones on Oct. 14, 2014 (same date).

Conditions for $50.00 rebate for each phone was: submit form, upc, and receipt, and 2.) rebate would be issued 8 weeks after first phone bill was paid. All of the required paperwork was done, and FOUR phones bills later, 1 rebate supposedly has been processed, and 1 has been denied, because "activation was prior to campaign start date".

Buyer beware. Be sure to save your receipt, copy of UPC, and the form you submit. The outcome of this is still unknown, but at least I have the correct documentation to try to get ALL of money back.

It's a shame that I have had to spend about 4 hours of my time, trying to keep Cricket Rebate company from ripping me off.

Hey, Cricket Licker,

Yes, I read the terms, and it clearly states, "a seperate rebate form must be completed and mailed in a seperate envelope (which I did), with all documentation for each purchase. Limit one rebate for each qualified device and wireless number". So, rest assure, Oh, lover of Cricket, who apparently hasn't been screwed by them, yes, they are in the wrong. I've got my complaint off to the State Attourney General's Office....and, hey, easy on the caps!

Really??

While you were focusing on how inept I am, did you catch why they denied it?  Each phone is entitled to it's own rebate. Do you work for Cricket, or are you just a jerk all the time? I hope Cricket puts it to you some day.

Did you perhaps read the terms and conditions of said rebate program. What YOU are crying about MAY just be a limitation of the same program. Like say they only allow ONE rebate per household. It COULD be something like that. If YOU didn't read the T&C of the offer, THEY cant be held accountable for YOUR ignorance. YOUR assumptions ARE NOT the basis of the rebate program. You MAY wish to read said T&C so YOU will be fully informed.
