A Cricket wireless customer's cell phone was lost in November 2014. Payments on the account cannot be stopped by calling the Cricket 1800 customer support number or by using the online chat because an access code and/ ID is sent only to the phone number that one is calling about, the lost phone.

It is not possible to log in to the account using a forgot password feature becasuse the Cricket website will only send verification codes and temporary reset passwords to the lost phone.

The Cricket store employees do not have "authorization" to override the account and access the customer's account to solve the issue.
