I have several complaints about Cricket Wireless.  Their advertising in misleading, they claim you can chat with a live person, but that is only to order new service and phone, which means they will gladly take your money but if you have a problem or a question...try to figure out their customer service department, (which seems to have been outsourced to a country where their knowledge of English and "Good Customer Service" are far different than anything still operating in this country.  I ordered a new phone (because I broke mine) on Friday february 4th at 6 am Arizona time.  I ordered it with Saturday delivery.  Needless to say no the phone did not arrive on saturday and when I called Cricket customer service I was informed that I did not order with saturday delivery because they don't offer free overnight delivery on saturday.  I have the copy of my invoice and it clearly states that I requested saturday delivery.  I was called a liar by the CSR, I requested a supervisor, and he was no better, he then offered me his "manager" who almost couldn't speak any english at all who insisted on giving me a 10$ credit on my account.  To this day it still has not been placed on my account.  I found out that Leap Wireless owns Cricket Wireless and they have a corporate office in California, but when you call them they transfer you to someone's voicemail and you have to leave a message.  This is GARBAGE!!!!! Is there not at least one cricket manager who is willing to stand up and take ownership of the poor quality of service.  They should be shut down.  They should not be allowed to do business in the United States if their customer service issued can't be addressed by people who speak English.  They might be inexpensive....but their service is deplorable.
