Cricket Wireless Service not provided but company expects you to pay for a Service you do not get Phoenix Arizona

I have had service with Cricket for 16 years and never had any problems until the past couple of months.  I pay for two phone services with everything including intrenet and obviously phone service.  For the past two months, my daughter and I have had no intrenet for days and unable to receive calls or make calls.  The customer service.....is in Asia....so they get paid for keeping you on the phone and not resolving the issues.  The first time I contacted them, they said they would credit my account....Never happened and after six calls lasting over 30 minutes each....they only credited one phone for $7.00?  This company obviously does not train their customer service representatives in English or in common sense and it is necessary to repeat everything at least six times, thus the minutes they get paid for.  Lousy Service, No Customer Service Skills and Reps unable to document accounts properly.  I have Always paid my bill on time but have Not received the Service I am paying for.
