Cricket Wireless as if the service wasnt bad enough, now the employees are stealing from you too! tulsa Oklahoma

in june 2014, my voice speaker quit working on my zte engage, i made a warranty claim, and use my extra phone (samsung galaxy) as a temp until my new one came in. 

not only did it take them 3 weeks to send me a label, when they finally did send me my replacement phone, guess what, that speaker doesnt work either. at fist i thought they just sent me my phone back until i read the serial numbers didnt match. once again, email me a new label, drive across town to the ups store and wait. 5 days later, now they have sent me another galaxy, wth? after HOURS of arguements, they figured out the problem and emailed me yet again, another label, drive across town, etc. 7 days later, phone arrives....... ill be damned, its another galaxy! you've got to be kidding me!!!!! well, we all know what happened next.

i finally get me correct phone, brand new, never been opened, new battery and memory card even. im a happy girl...... until......ok we are now in Sept 2014....... 4 days ago, my phone starts acting up and saying that the memory card has been removed, now keep in mind i used my old 3gb memory card bc it had EVERYTHING on it . i took of the cover thinkin it wiggled loose and reinserted it. but that continues to happen on a regular basis and now my phone is acting up. ok fine, i then decided to use the new 16gb card and just start over with my music and such. well, that didnt fix the problem. now its saying blank card or unsupported files. 

i take it to this cricket store mentioned above, and explained everything that was goin on, brought BOTH of my memory cards with me and was expecting some kinda simple solution.......

the cricket employee took my phone to the back, came back out after a few minutes acting a lil strange but told me i needed to file a warranty claim. ok fine. i walked to my car, and just a gut feeling decided to look at the memory card he put in my phone.....and wouldnt you know it. he had STOLEN my 16gb and swapped it out with a 3gb. not even my old 3gb, a totally differ one. i marched my happy lil a*s back in there and you could see the "busted" look on his face. i told him "go back there, get my 16gb card and give it back to me now.... oh and ask your manager to come out here as well" 

it took the employee SEVERAL minutes to come back..... and still no sign of the manager. i asked again for the manager, and nothing. after a lil whole longer, i said outloud "he has 2 minutes to get out here or im calling the police" well guess what..... yup, i called the police. 

there wasnt a whole lot that the police could do and i knew that but it was the principle. even the officer said that the manager wouldnt come out for him either, he had to go to the back and practically drag him up front. 

he couldnt be arrested but i did file a report. ya see, im disabled, and on a fixed income, i refuse to let anyone take advantage of me. 

I have been with cricket for about 6-7 years now. and i have never been treated so horribly by the warranty dept, customer care center and now the actual store. its a sad day in this world when you actually pay a monthly fee just to have people treat you this way.
