Curtis Properties Pamela Daily deposit, refund, liars, scam, manipulative, un-responsive, stupid pacific beach, California

I rented an apartment from Curtis Properties, through the property manager Pamela Dailey. 
once we had given our months notice and left the apartment very clean. we had the property manager do a walk through. she stated that all that would be deducted from our deposit was touch up paint costs, she told us $150. we had her give us a written document stating the charge.

we recieved our deposit refund to see that they charged us $495 to paint the entire apartment. 
Pamela Dailey also would not release any information about the company, not even a corporate business phone number, and actually got really offensive and nasty when we asked for it. needless to say she will not answer her phone and we cannot find a business line.

This company is a lying, un-fair company who hires stupid people for their managers.
we also lived at the location with a busted water line leaking under our dining room for 3 months, they dont care about their tenants. i will gladly take them to court if can get some info about them, i have written documentation, showing they rip people off. i hope this company gets what they deserve.
