I have received two charges on my cell phone bill this month and last month for $9.99. NO information, except Cylon, LLC Info Alerts. I do not have any alerts on my phone, nor do I want them. I would like to know how this company is getting my cell phone number and access to be able to charge my cell phone bill ten dollars a month!

I would be interested in a class action law suit, or something to stop these people, this is just wrong.

I hope you had the charges reversed/refunded by now. I just had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I called their Customer Service and had "my" subscription cancelled (which I never signed up for either) and I was told by a Joey and Linda that they will send me a refund check. They took my name and address. Now, whether it ever shows up is a different story...
