Received text messages on my cell phone offering free music downloads, wallpaper and games. In reality, they charged my cell phone $9.99 per month. My error was not checking my cell phone bill line by line. When I finally noticed this charge, called T-mobile and was told I had subscribed to this service.

Never subscribed to $9.99 per month. Deceptive advertising offered these items for free. I am trying to get refund for these charges but beware of dada.net sending messages via cell phone. What broke the camel's back, was the sexually suggestive message I received yesterday, asking if I wanted to "talk" to a hot young lady. Isn't that illegal? Not ever mentioned as part of "free" or did they sell my phone number to another unauthorized company. Be very careful of these friendly free offers.
