My son's phone was charged $9.99 for the past 2 mo. for MP3 downloads. He doesn't remember signing up or acknowledging the text he was sent. No downloads were made. When I called Alltel to find out about it they told me it was from Dada.net and that they had no control over it. I got on dada.net and all you have to do is put in a number and hit I accept and corfirm. No other info is needed. If you acknowledge a text sent to the number you are signed up.

After calling both companies I got Alltel to reverse this months charges and then dada.net is supposedly sending me a check for the other months charges. Be firm don't accept NO and call your congressman to pass legislation to stop these scams!
