I accidently got on the dada.net website one day and before I knew it, I was receiving downloadable text messages from them on my cell phone. I have never opened one of the messages immediately delete them every week as they come in. I have noticed a charge on my cell phone account for $9.99 every month and have been unable to contact dada.net. I have attempted to call them several times with no answer. I don't dare go to their website again for fear of more fraudulant charges being accessed.
I hope the company is caught and never allowed on the internet again. I would be willing to go to court to get this company stoppped and make them repay everyone they have ripped off.

Hello,
i discovered the same 9.99 charge when trying to download a free ring tone.
i am with verizon and check my usage weekly. verizon provided me with dada.net's number to cancel subscription.
you need to use your cell phone to unsubscribe (menu driven).
then you need to call them back on your land line to the same number and speak to a customer service rep (menu selection)
when you get to the CSR, just ask for a refund to an unauthorized subscription.
they will ask for your address to send the refund check.
they will ask for your email for confermation billing (i asked if they sell the email to bulk spammers, they of course said they don't).
i will update when/if i receive a refund...
