Dada.net phishing RIPPED OFF New York New York

Dada.net sent an unsolicited "phishing" junk text message to my phone and has been charging me $9.99 a month, on my Sprint bill, for the last seven months. I only realized today that I was being charged, because I was scrutinizing my Sprint bill. Neither Sprint nor dada.net wants to refund my money, and I AM FUMING MAD!

Please join me in contacting the Better Business B and the State Attorney Generals Office in New York to stop these thieving bastards! Also, consider writing a letter to the editor of your paper to warn others that they may be getting charged without knowing it.
