Dan posted and ad in craiglist for a laptop. I bought it and it worked for less than ONE WHOLE DAY. The entire graphics video system failed and all I get is GARBLED CRAP on the display. I contacted Dan at 916-801-6009 2 days later. All I got from Dan was EMPTY RHETORIC about how it was a used private party deal and that was it. Dan has had other ads and I offered to accept an exchange for something else that actually worked. He refuses to return my texts and calls which I have done IN GOOD FAITH to resolve the problem.
