I went online to this website called shopdani.com. They sell handmade jewelry made by this Lady called Danielle Janine. So I decided to order a piece with no obligations required.

Any way I ordered this piece of jewelry for $9.00/free shipping. The next thing I know, that I got my credit card statement and there was a payment taken from shopdani for something I never ordered or agree to. Then about a week later I recieved a nother package from these same people.

I called the number that was on the outside of the envelope and called and told them I had recieved my piece of jewelry that I ordered and I had not ordered anything else. Do they gave me problem with returning it back to them.

Someone answered the call and stated that if I send the item back to them they would refund my money, so I took it back to UPS and they titled it did not order/refused.

That has been over a month now and still nothing has be refunded as promised nor any emails or check in the mail crap. But I will do something about this so that this doesn.t happen to anyone else that I know or don't know.

It is not right for anyone to use your personal information to benefit their companies nor their products. How are you going to send someone something that you know nothing about and how in the God's name can someone pick out jewelry for when they don't know anything about you. ONLY from the one time order. That's a bunch of bull. I am looking for a lawyer who is willing to take this case. So I hope one will see this and give me some kind of feedback, because this is "NOT RIGHT!!!!!"

It is hard to pay bill with a low once a month income, and then to have someone to take it out of your account with out your permission.

These people need to be stopped by people like us to take them for what they have as they do inocent people as myself.

Thank you for letting me get this chance to tell people that SHOPDANI is a big ripoff if i ever saw one.
