Darius Cordell has to be an example of some of the worst interpersonal/customer service I have ever seen!

I asked a simple question and got an answer about two weeks later. Frankly, by then, I'd already opted for a different gown! I was quite suprised when I got another email almost a month later asking why I hadn't completed my order.

I responded saying I had not completed the order because they couldn't accomodate my needs and asked that they kindly stop writing me (thinking that they have some automated email service that is going to harangue me monthly until the end of time!). I've attached the emails that ensued below. There was one more where "JD" simply attached all our emails, but he had made changes to MY emails!! Adding bold letters and underlining!! I guess this was his way to justify his rude behavior? In any case, WATCH OUT! I feel quite lucky to have NOT ordered from them! No one wants their wedding plans to turn ugly!

Please note, that Darius Cordell's representative (owner?) does not believe that he needs to be in the customer service business! Best of luck!

Regarding your request for us to "stop writing" you....kindly note, prior to this one very general follow up....we had only responded to your inquiry....once.

More so, a simply courtesy reply to say I no longer need your services, or anything similar.....should not have been that difficult.

Please cease writing to me. I'm not sure how to put it any simpler; however, I will follow your suggestion. Consider this your "courtesy reply", I no longer need your services.

Kindly note, we do not sell a "service". We sell a product.

Nevertheless, our "customer" service with you has been nothing but professional, informative and courteous. For you to even attempt to insinuate otherwise does not make any sense.

For contacted us. All we did was reply with information. We then followed up with a call and then today unfortunately with an email. And for some reason you became just a bit nasty - out of nowhere - and for no clear reason.

In any event, thanks for the let us know (in your own special way) that you no longer need our services.

Kindly note, our emails are simply replies to you. Therefore since you contacted us (you were not solicited)....and since you have received your reply.....and since you have discovered you do not need our services......then it would be appropriate for you to cease emailing us.

Wow, you are something else.

You may have a lovely product, but you have no concept of professionalism or service in any way. How hard would it be to simply stop writing and not incite a potential customer (or someone who could potentially refer customers) any further? To your point, I did CEASE writing you! Your follow up email (a month later) was not solicited.

But still you want to write and have the last word?

At this point your missives are purely comedic!

Be assured, after your next demeaning email wherein you continue to call me such "professional" names as "nasty", I will take the higher ground and not write back!

After reviewing your complaint on Darius Cordell, I thought that it resembled my exact experience with them! The same long insulting emails etc...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If they take this much time to write people this type of long email then they are not putting effort into their business. All their time and effort is being spent on customer complaints.
