DCSE Case worker does not do the job they assigned. Case worker repeatedly lied and avoid doing her job. fairfax Virginia

Thanks for reading first of all

I am a very helpless single mom and a full time student as well.  I got divorce with my exhusband and he order to pay for child support bit he didnt pay.  I reach out to social service child support enforcement for help.  The previous case worker had resigned so I get a new case worker.  She does not do her job.  For the past year, I have been trying to contact her and asked if there were any update on my case.  The answer I get every time were"we do everything that I can"

Recently asked her to proceed legal steps procedures that she needs to do toward the non custodian parent.  She told me she did and for the past months, I believed that she did.  However, she did not.  I request to speak with her supervisor but I did not hear from anyone. She even asked me to get my case to court by myself.  Her salary base on goverment $$$.  And I was ince paid tax when I was single in the past.  I believe she should do her job, vs sit at her desk and doing nothing and getting pay.  Being social worker is to help needed family but apprently she doesnt do very good job.  I dont know why she still working there.  Very helpless single mom/full time student.

I dont even know my case worker Name, how lack of communication she is.
