I will be giving particulars as time goes on. I just wanted to establish contact data for me.

I have sent a cancellation notice to Deccolux Friday afternoon using certified mail, return receipt requested addressed to the "OFFICIAL" person for the corporation called Deccolux, Inc. The address is as follows:

Note: The address above is as it is recorded by the California Secretary of State.

Anyone suing Deccolux may have to sue the corporation, Deccolux, Inc. using Steve Kwon as its agent for service of process (subpoena, etc.).

Deccolux (the entity registered by the California Contractors State License Board to Christopher Kandler as a "Sole Proprieter"). The only way that Deccolux can contract under California law is as a "Sole Proprieter", not as a "Corporation". In order for Deccolux, Inc. (the corporation) to contract is after it has obtained the proper license from the CSLB (Contractors State Licensing Board).

In my opinion, Christopher created a "sham" corporation to try and protect himself and his cronies from lawsuits and judgements. In my opinion, Christopher and his cohorts need to have their "Corporate Shield" "PIERCED".

I have a lot of opinions and some facts that I do not have the time at the moment to state, but I will be updating this in the very near future.

If anyone has a complaint about Deccolux should definitely file their complaint to the California Contractors License Board as soon as possible. It is my understanding that the board has forwarded information to the California Attorney General's Office for further investigation. But, don't let that prevent YOU from filing the complaint.

Deccolux contractor's license is currently "Under Contractors Bond Suspension". Again, don't let this lull you into complacency. You need to act right now and get your complaint added to the growing list that the board has at this time.
