Deccolux appears to be engaged in fraudulent activity. There are too many people complaining on the internet that they have been ripped off by this company. Everyone has basically the same story: they were promised the product within 6 to 8 weeks; suddenly, their product is delayed in customs; now, the company's phone has been shut off. Attempts to contact the company were fruitless, or empty promises were made.

I encourage anyone who has been defrauded by Deccolux to contact the Riverside District Attorney's Office and the California Attorney General. The owner of the company, Steve Kwon, should not be allowed to get away with this scam. Keep filing complaints with these agencies until criminal charges are filed.
