Deccolux DECCOLUX RIPPED ME OFF! PURCHASED SHUTTERS IN MARCH AND THEY ARE STILL NOT HERE! Corona California

These guys are CON ARTISTS! I purchased shutters from them in early March and to this day, they are still not here. I called numerous times but they disconnected their phone lines. I even went to the office to find it closed. I called another number that they have given me but it was so overfilled with messages that I couldn't leave mines. The owner even called me personally to give me a sob story about the shutters being stuck at some port due to customs and promised me the shutters in a week. THAT WAS LAST MONTH! The customer service reps were very rude. I couldn't believe it. They told me that there was no way I'm getting a refund. The owner also gave me a number to call him back on which proved to be false. I researched this company and founded 6 other recent lawsuits against them in Riverside County. Shouldn't this be a criminal matter? Something has to be done!
