Deccolux Peter & Steve Kwon Owners Undelivered Shutters and Non Refund of Downpayment Ripoff Corona California

Ordered $6,100 worth of blinds and shutters back in 12/19/06. I received my other orders but NOT my shutters where I placed $1,400 down payment even though Docculux committed delivery within the 6-8 weeks. After multiple calls, emails, certified letters, Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints...they said item was made in China (first I heard of ity) and it is stuck in customs so they refuse to refund my money and item still undelivered after more than 8 months now. They keep on pointing out their NO Refund policy which is null and void if items is undelivered within promised time.

I heard from another vendor that Deccolux has closed. This company has an F rating at the BBB. I did not forsee this happening to me as they came highly recommended. Don't be a victim like us and make sure you research the company first before ordering. Pay with a credit card which may protect you for 3-6 months if items is undelivered.

If they have not filed bankruptcy, hopefully I can still sue them in court.
