DECCOLUX SHUTTERS AND BLINDS WAITING SINCE DECEMBER 2006, JOB HAS NOT DONE CORONA California

I ordered shutters for 4 windows on December 2006. They came installed 6 weeks later but for 3 windows only. They said that they will come back for last window because of wrong side ordered?? We have called several times and they have never give us the time it will be done because of shipping from China.

The last time I tried to contact them by phone or by web site but the phone line has been disconnected and frozen web site. I have to work hard and don't have time to come this company. I have feeling they are cheating on customers because there is no way one business can survive by letting customer waiting for a long time after collected money.

I start to looking for the other company which can finish my last window because I don't trust them anymore and even not allow them to install in my house. Today, I found out I am not the only one. Should we do something to stop them so we won't have any more victims?
