than nitpick his grammar and spelling. This is the net, such things are meaningless.
As for the OP, you've had your computer for two years, continued to use it knowing that it had problems? I've dealt with DELL and their "foreign" support, and I've never had any problems communicating with them about a hard drive problem on my boyfriends computer. Each time, they were cordial, walked me through the basic steps of seeing what could be wrong, and when finally we could not get the computer running, they called to have a TECH arrive at my boyfriends home.
Come to find out it was motherboard error so they replaced it.
Then 6 months later the hard drive died, same thing over a again, and they sent out a tech, he replaced the hard drive and we worked with him to find a way of retreiving any information that was on the old hard drive (sent it to a local company that does data recovery and DELL footed the bill)
Maybe its your own prejudices that couldn't get you the help you needed. However, any senior in high school could have helped you with any of your problems as well.

Hello Karlton,
People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Here is your edited comment:
Hi Fred,
I fixed your report so even a foreigner can understand your frustration. Those who are not from America are amazed at how poorly Americans communicate. No wonder you're having issues. Did you know the literacy rate in India is higher than the USA?
Please do not denigrate foreigners--it only makes them laugh at Americans. I think capital letters are used for the name of one's country out of respect for that country. Am I not correct?
Here is...
Now, besides getting hung up on, what is the problem? Perhaps we can help you fight the Rip Off!

Here is your edited report,
"I bought a computer from Dell two years ago it is a dimension 4600. I have had numerous problems with the software & hardware throughout the two years I have owned this unit.
If the foreigners I deal with on the Dell support line can't fix my problem right away, they want me to do a reformat of the hard disc. The Dell unit was bought in the United States of America, but I have never spoken to an American. Hard to believe isn't it? But it is true, not one American support person on the other end of the phone!
I have had problems from day one, in fact I had to return the first computer Dell shipped me within the fist week of use! Having encountered yet another issue, I called dell support where I was placed on hold for what seemed like forever. Then guess what? I was transferred to another extension that soon disconnected me.
DELL REALLY SUCKS >I HATE DELL COMPUTER COMPANY THEY SHOULD CHANGE NAME TO RIPOFF THE WORLD.COM
Now besides getting hung up on what is the problem? Perhaps we can help you fight the Rip Off!
