I am furious! My experience is exactly like "NoMoreDermaSoft/PureCell" with a couple of exceptions.  While on the internet I ran accross an enticing ad for skincare offering a free trial for only a $4.95 shipping fee. While putting in my ordering, they very sneakily put in a button that made it appear you were going to the next step when actually it was to order Purecell Eye Therapy, which I didn't want. Realizing my mystake I tried to go back and cancel it. Finally the information on the screen indicated only the one purchase for DermaSoft so I thought that I had successfully canceled the unwanted product. No such luck. In addition, the program ran through the screens so fast that I missed the fact that they were going to continue billing me. It was designed to be very misleading. Regardless, I did not have the product for a full sisteen days prior to them billing my charge card.

The two companies share the same address but have different phone numbers. As a matter of fact, they have multiple phone numbers. DeraSoft's phone number on the confirmation email is 888-610-0751. The brief packing list showed 888-454-9750 and the phone number on my charge card statement was 888-273-4880.

The email from Purecell displayed the phone number as 888-454-9750, which is the same as the DermaSoft packing list, while the number on the charge statements was 888-604-2309. Note, there was no packing list included in the box.

I had to call both places separately to cancel and request a refund. I was told they would not refund the $89.95 x 2 because I did not cancel within the 16 days. Apparently, this isn't even for a new shipment. They are charging me for the rest of the cost on my "free trial"! I asked for the website address so I could check how it read. (It didn't help since it was not the same as the very enticing pop up ad). The person I spoke to got a little confused. He started to say "purecell", then said no, It's "trydermasoft.com", further proving that the two companies are in cahoots, interchangable, whatever. I found it interesting that my credit card statement lists the DermaSoft charge as being for " merchandise" (cosmetics) and the Purecell charge was for "other services" (subscriptions)? I'm sure that there is a reason for listing it this way and maybe why there is no packing list.

Dermasoft.com is NOT Skin Restore, and is NOT associated with "Try Dermasoft"

AUTHOR: Natural Health Spa - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 13, 2016

Original Dermasoft products have been available for over 20 years and are excellent. They are sold at Dermasoft.com and we use them at our spas. The imitation products such as "Skin Restore" have fake Dermasoft labels and are sold with deceptive free trials. The real Dermasoft has No Free Trials.

We have never heard of a company called "Try DermaSoft", it is clearly another phony Hydroderm Company creation, and the fact that they are "rebutting" their deceptive free trials makes their deception all the more brazen.

We were upset to see all the Dermasoft complaints online hurting the original company and found the following information. We want to share it with others so they can avoid the free trial scam on Facebook, Amazon and other deceptive, newly created websites like trydermasoft. com, dermasoftskinrestore .com, dermasoftcream .com, dermasoft .org, etc.

This Hydroderm scam company creates many phony websites, blogs and reviews, and then calls themselves "Dermasoft" to deceive visitors. They have harmed many legitimate companies' reputations over the years by stealing their names and posting hundreds of fake products and reviews online including Dr. Oz and others. When enough complaints are posted for their free trial scam, they start using a different company's name and create a new fake label placing them on the very same product(s).

Dermasoft.com is NOT associated in any way with "Skin Restore" or "PureCell Eye Therapy" which is a Hydroderm company Free Trial scam.

Dermasoft.com does not carry those products which are cheap imitations sold with tricky popup ads, fake reviews and fake websites all over the internet from the scam company that sells Hydroderm, Dermagen, Dermalift, Tru Derma, Derma Serum, Dermapure, Dermallure, Alluracell, SkinRevive, Dermaluxe, DermaRose, Dermavie, Duaderma, Alvena, Truvaderm, Rejuviderme, Nuvoderm, MiraVie, etc.

Dermasoft Dermatology does not make Skin Restore or PureCell, they are fake products with fake Dermasoft labels.

Dermasoft.com has NO Free Trials. They also never Auto-ship or Auto-bill. If you buy from a Facebook Ad, Internet Ad, Free Trial Ad, "Celebrity Endorsement" Ad, Beauty Review Blog, Wrinkle Review Blog, or Exclusive Trial Ad online, you have not ordered a genuine Dermasoft product, and it is the fake Hydroderm Skin Club vendor deceptively using the "Dermasoft name" who is billing you.

If you have a recurring charge or have been charged for an imitation Dermasoft Dermatology product, you must contact the Hydroderm company vendor at one of their many 800 numbers: 1-888-454-9750, 888-273-4880, 888-244-2153, 888-610-0751, 1-866-710-5109, 1-888-552-3684, or call your card company and get the billing phone number and write a dispute ASAP.

Other numbers they use online: 1-888 537-5319, 855-407-6623, 888 537-5319
1-888-851-6086, 1-855-407-6623, 1-800-878-9702, 1-855-511-1186,
