Stupidly thought I was buying a FREE trial bottle of an eye cream that was supposed to tighen your skin.  It was advertised as $4.95 and then then a pop up screen said try the face cream as well.

The advertising is EXTREMELY misleading.  On the http://www.erecteentry.com/purecell-eye-therapy/ site it says "claim your trial bottle today!" and you think great! It's a trial size for $4.95.  If it works, I'll buy more!  What they are NOT clear about and they DON'T tell you is that it's a trial in that you have to call them to say you DON'T want to be charged an addiotional $89!  Oh! And that second product you tried for $4.95?  That's ANOTHER $89.00.  If I had known that (and they don't tell you) I NEVER would have agreed to that kind of money.  

So after I get my first charges - two for $4.95 I think huh - that's weird - it comes for True Polished Beauty. Ok.  Then two weeks later I get two more charges - for $89.00 - from True Polished Beauty again.  Oh Hell no!

So it's 7:00 at night.  I call my bank to dispute the charges.  They say well we have a number for them - and they are two different numbers - so please stay on the line while we call them.  We get th first company on the line (what legitimate company works at 7:00 at night (I'm in LA and they are on the east coast so you know it's like 10:00 there)  They say that they can NOT refund the charges as I agreed to a trial and would have had to cancel after 16 days.  Nope.  So I start saying I NEVER agreed to that and I want you to talk to your supervisor and I want my money back.  She continues to resist and finally says she will contact corporate.  hmmm it's 10:00 PM at night... ok She comes back and says that she talked to her supervisor and they will agree to give me 30% of my money back.  I tell her that NO - I want A FULL REFUND.  I keep asking her to go back to her supervisor  but she keeps talking over me telling me that's all I will get. I go into full b**** mode and ask her how she sleeps at night with her crappy job ripping people off. Finally she goes back to her supervisor and comes back with $67.  The company is trying to mitigate their losses.  If you AGREE to only take back 30% or $67 they have still made money on your dumb *ss.  I start yelling at her again - repeating over and over - I WANT TO TALK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR - I WANT ALL MY money back.  FINALLY they agreed.  

If you're STILL reading this you will remember there were TWO transactions of both $4.95 and $89.  So now me and wells Fargo have to call the 2nd number where conveneintlky - they don't have ANY record of my account.  The girl from Wells Fargo tells me that this is common with these fraudulent accounts.

Not sure if they will refund my money but Wells Fargo has temporarily restored the two $89.00 (I'll give them the $4.95 as my stupid tax)  

Oh and by the way - the cream is a joke - it doesn't tighten your face.  There are some legitimate products that do. But this one did nothing.
