I signed up for the DermaSoft trial offer on-line. While I was completing my transaction, a pop-up for PureCell appeared and I could not get rid of it. I tried to back out, but I was charged anyway. When I noticed the charges pending on my debit card account, I called them to stop the charges. I explained I had not had a chance to try the product and wanted to stop the charges until I did so. I told them if I was satisfied I would be ordering more.
I was charged the next day by both companies. I called to restate the above, but they said they had closed my account when I called earlier and would not refund the money. An employee posed as a supervisor and wasted more of my time.
I will be contacting the WA State attorney General to inform them of the fraudalent conduct.

DERMASOFT.COM (the real DermaSoft Dermatology) is NOT associated in any way with "Skin Restore" or "PureCell Eye Therapy" which are Hydroderm company Free Trial scams sold online with deceptive pop-up ads, phony beauty reviews and fake websites that say "Try DermaSoft", DermaSoft Free Trial, Rush Free Trial, Purecell Trial, "Pay $4.95 Shipping Only". Write a dispute to your card company immediately!
Dermasoft Dermatology does not make "Skin Restore" or "PureCell", they are fake products with fake Dermasoft labels. The real DermaSoft has NO Free Trials. DermaSoft also never auto-ships or auto-bills. They have no "skin club" or "subscriptions"! There is no such company called "Try DermaSoft".
Original Dermasoft products have been available for over 20 years and are excellent. They are sold at Dermasoft.com and we have used them at our spas. The imitation products such as "Skin Restore" and "Purecell" have fake Dermasoft labels and are sold with deceptive free trials. The real Dermasoft has No Free Trials. We have never heard of a company called "Try DermaSoft" until 2016 when the phony products appeared online sold deceptively with PureCell Eye Serum.
We were concerned to see all the Dermasoft complaints online hurting the original company and found the following information. We wanted to share it with others so they can avoid the free trial scam on Facebook, Amazon and other deceptive, newly created websites like trydermasoft. com, dermasoftskinrestore .com, dermasoftcream .com, purecellskin .com, purecellserum.net, dermasoft .org, etc.
Dermasoft does not sell "Skin Restore Cream" free trial products or Miracle Wrinkle Creams which are cheap imitations sold with tricky popup ads, fake reviews and fake websites all over the internet from the scam company that sells Hydroderm, Purecell, Dermagen, Dermalift, Tru Derma, Derma Serum, Dermapure, Dermallure, Alluracell, SkinRevive, Dermaluxe, DermaRose, Dermavie, Duaderma, Alvena, Truvaderm, Rejuviderme, Nuvoderm, MiraVie, etc., and now TRYDERMASOFT!
If you bought from an ad, blog or website that says FREE TRIAL, EXCLUSIVE TRIAL, DERMASOFT TRIAL, TRY DERMASOFT, PURECELL FREE TRIAL or PAY SHIPPING ONLY, you will have a recurring charge for an imitation Dermasoft Dermatology product with a fake label!
If you already have a recurring charge or have been charged for an imitation Dermasoft product, you must contact the Hydroderm company vendor at one of their many 800 numbers: 1-888-454-9750, 888-244-2153, 1-866-710-5109, 1-888-552-3684, 888-610-0751, or call your card company and get the billing phone number and write the dispute to your card company ASAP.
This Hydroderm scam company creates many phony websites, blogs and reviews, and then calls themselves "Dermasoft" and other trademarked names to deceive visitors. They have harmed many legitimate companies' reputations over the years by stealing their names and posting hundreds of fake products and reviews online including Dr. Oz and others. When enough complaints are posted for their free trial scam, they start using a different company's name and create a new fake label placing them on the very same product(s).

Notice that even the "Owner of Company Rebuttal and Employee Update Author" on this site says from "TRY DERMASOFT" and "The DERMASOFT Team" which is from a fake company - there is no such company named TRY DERMASOFT!
Don't buy FREE TRIAL DermaSoft Creams or Skin Care Products from Internet Ads, Facebook, Amazon, beauty blogs, wrinkle review sites or websites that have FREE TRIALS or Pay Shipping Only Trials! They are fake.
