Diane Van Ness I Agree Judges Sandy Karlan, Celeste Muir, Judith Kreeger, Joel Brown Would Discipline Diane If They Knew Miami Florida

I can confirm that the writers of "Pay Me or You Don't See Your Children" and other reports on this site are correct; Diane did this in my cases, too.

I have no doubt that if Sandy Karlan, Celeste Muir, Judith Kreeger, Marc Shumacher, Scott Bernstein, Joel Brown, Cindy Lederman, and other judges she appears before knew what she does behind closed doors, they would sanction her and take other disciplinary measures, including rescinding any honors, holding her in contempt, and throwing her in jail.

A guardian ad litem cannot hold children for ransom while awaiting her own payment. A guardian ad litem cannot file falsified reports and docs, or self-create child abuse cases for her own financial and political gain. A guardian ad litem cannot withhold evidence. A guardian cannot block court-ordered evaluations and reevaluations. A guardian ad litem cannot charge more than is reasonable, then report that parents cannot "afford" to see their children. A guardian ad litem cannot demand to be paid to sign off a case, and drag on cases for years for financial gain so that she no longer has to practice law. Her myriad of fraud and extortion techniques reads like a laundry list of war crimes against the families of the 11th Circuit Court.

It was hard to believe that Diane would speak at the FLAFCC Conference, which promoted family conflict resolution, when she knows that she commits these fraudulent acts on a regular basis; then denies the same.

Diane is a mastermind. She appears before these unknowing judges as if she is a "professional."

This, to me, evokes a dangerous behavior that just cannot be tolerated any longer in Miami-Dade County.

Stating the truth is not actionable in America's courts. This is why as a professional I am comfortable reporting her here as my documentation extends beyond belief.
