Diane Van Ness Never Had One Evidentiary Hearing; Then Diane Van Ness Extorted Money From Me For Years Miami Florida

After reviewing all the reports filed on this site, it is clear to me, in my opinion, that we have a rogue predator in the Miami-Dade 11th Circuit Court system.

Diane Van Ness as GAL took away my child with NO evidentiary hearing, based solely on hearsay... We all know how much hearsay goes on during any given divorce.

Diane went to her judge friend and, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT MY PRESENCE, filed an "Agreed Order" that stated I agree to have my child removed immediately and to give up all parental rights. I never agreed to any such thing, and never would have. I now understand how easy it is to casually slip an order like that into a judge's hands.

It took me four years to get my child back, during which time she continued to file such falsified horror stories about me that even I wouldn't want to know myself if these stories were true.

The extortion started immediately. I paid her every penny I earned. I wasn't allowed to see my child, at times for three months, if I didn't pay first, even though it was clear that I couldn't afford this and I was going homeless.

She blocked all of my attempts at getting an attorney. It took me 1 1/2 years to find an attorney that could see through her railroading, and believed in me, and was not afraid of Diane's threats that my attorney's entire practice will fall apart based on my case alone (because it had to be pro bono since Diane was taking my entire salary).

I had to pay Diane to get off my case. I didn't offer; she demanded that I pay her to leave my case or she would not agree to my child being returned to me. I've been in debt ever since.

If you think this can't happen in Miami, think again. It happens with Diane Van Ness. This is a very intellligent, highly manipulative person, in my opinion.

As other writers on this site said, reporting her is impossible. Any attempts I made to report her, with docs, got largely dismissed. And no attorney would sue another attorney.

Public awareness of the facts is the only way to protect future families and professionals.
