To the author of "Diane Van Ness: Pay Me or You Don't See Your Children":
Diane Van Ness did this to me, too. That's extortion!
Even when I did pay her, she reported to the court that I didn't, in order to make my claims that there was no child abuse, and that she was extorting, less believeable.
In my opinion, Diane Van Ness needs to be disbarred and is suffering from a mental illness because she capable of doing this to innocent families who simply need family therapy and/or parenting coordination during divorces.
Please feel free to contact me through this website if you need any supporting documentation. She absolutely must be thrown out of the legal arena.

Diane Van Ness did this to my family, too!
I was not allowed to see my children unless and until I payed her large sums of money in full by the first of each month... Far more than I could afford... in fact, over 100% of my salary.
If I couldn't swing it, she would immediately cut off all contact between my precious children and me... AND THEN REPORT TO THE COURT AND OTHER PROS ON THE CASE THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO CANCELLED ALL CONTACT (in essence, that I've abandoned my children).
By then, I looked so bad to the judge and professionals on the case, that even when I did try to explain what genuinely happened, nobody wanted to believe me.
It took years to get her off the case. Like another writer wrote on this site, I finally had to pay her off just to get her off my case.
It was sick.
