It's true that we need an expert in this matter. Someone in the legal, judicial, or press community will eventually bring to justice this alleged "guardian ad litem," who acts professional at first glance and even teaches our youngest and brightest at UM Law School, unfortunately.

This GAL charged more than a family earns, and... it's hard to believe... the parent NEVER ONCE HAD ANY EVIDENTIARY HEARING IN THEIR CASE. Any professional reading this will state that this is impossible, that this is America and things like this don't happen. WITH DIANE VAN NESS, IT HAPPENS!

IN FIVE YEARS, THERE WAS NEVER ONCE SO MUCH AS ONE EVIDENTIARY HEARING in these cases. Any prosecutor would have a field day with these cases.

You can watch Law and Order and CSI all you want; in reality, Diane's cases never went ONCE before a judge!

YET... after filing false abuse charges, to the shock of a community full of people who knew the truth,

Diane continued to force parents to pay her every year while she vacationed up north 4 months out of 12. If they didn't pay her, SHE WOULD CUT OFF ALL CONTACT BETWEEN THEM AND THEIR CHILDREN.

THAT'S AGAINST FLORIDA STATUTES> And she knows it. She smiles when she does this and says, "So sue me!"

She will only file NON-EVIDENTIARY STATUS CONFERENCES. (During which she has free reign to create any story of alleged abuse she wants, depending on how much she can drain a person's income and for how long, based on their vulnerability.)

YET, SHE CONTINUES TO FILE WITH THE JUDGE THAT THERE IS REGULAR CONTACT WITH THE CHILDREN AND THE CASE IS PROCEEDING AT A STABLE PACE. (Even years later, she still states this)

Diane has shocked a community full of people who know these beloved parents she victimizes. Yet, she refuses to allow any of these witnesses to come before any judge. If they show up at any of her non-evidentiary status conferences, she blocks them from being heard, makes them wait outside and even orders the judge to send them home.

And, if any doctors or other professionals come before a judge to report how "sick" her cases are, she blocks them, too, demanding that her cases are non-evidentiary.

This is a volcano of a story ready to be burst for any journalist or prosecutor. There are pages full of witnesses. She does, we admit, have excellent contacts and will always appear to be powerful and in control. But dig deeper to those who know her first hand, not just casual colleagues who never tried her GAL cases.

The documents, including her own handwriting and also bank statements, speak for themselves.

The saddest part is that she either nominated herself, or allowed herself to be elected, the alleged winner of the 2008 GAL Award for the 11th Circuit. WHAT JUDGE EVER HEARD ANY OF THESE CASES AS EVIDENTIARY?

Her rebuttal on this website, if you read it, is even sadder. It's the classic response from someone with her modus operandi... cold and objective without ever once addressing anything she actually does.

The only word to describe what Diane Van Ness does to children and to innocent parents is TORTURE.

I am willing to be contacted anonymously through this website to come forth with all documents, hundreds of pages of evidence. So are other people I know. It is time responsibility is taken for the crimes of this alleged professional.

Jacqueline Valdespino is so highly regarded that I am sure any and all questions directed in a court of law, or in the press, would be objectively addressed as per statute.

It would be of utmost importance to get professional experts such as this, and not personal and powerful friends of Diane's, who unfortunately know nothing of what she does, to drive the real (not political) information forward.

Let's see if we can make the truth happen. We have thousands of pages of documentation.

God willing, no further innocent divorce families will be destroyed.
