I sent my I-Pod to Digi for repair, No one called me to say they recieved it, 3 weeks later i called and sat on hold with my cell phone a total of 680 min before i got ahold of anyone and sent many e-mails....
When i finally got ahold of them, they said i need a battery..i paid for it...weeks and weeks later..nothing..again, i finnally got ahold of them...they then told me that they replaced the battery and it still wouldnt hold a charge...they said i needed a main board...another expensive part..i paid, and was told it would be fixed and sent back in 2 to 3 business days.
I have spoke to them 2 times since and they keep saying its being tested to make sure it will charge...it is chargeing and will be sent out the next day...i was told that twice...and now...i cant get ahold of anyone. They stole my I-Pod with over 5000 songs on it,paid almost 150.00 dollars and have no way of getting it back.
Digi does not fix your I-Pod...they charge you for a bunch of parts and then steal it. DO NOT SEND ANYHTING TO THEM THIS HAS HAPPENED TO 100'S IF NOT 1000'S OF PEOPLE!
I trusted this company to repair my I-Pod and got screwed. It is almost impossible to get ahold of them. I have since used 1000's of minutes to call them and get dropped into a voice mail everytime. The website looks real. IT IS NOT! Trust me! This is not real! Use Axxx (((REDACTED))) and no one else!

I have spoke to them 2 times since and they keep saying its being tested to make sure it will charge... Yes, of course, when we complete the repair we test to make sure that the iPod/iPhone is taking and holding a charge. Yes, this can delay the repair process, but it is much better to make sure of that it is working properly while it is here, rather than ship it not fully tested.
Digi does not fix your I-Pod...they charge you for a bunch of parts and then steal it. DO NOT SEND ANYHTING TO THEM THIS HAS HAPPENED TO 100'S IF NOT 1000'S OF PEOPLE!...I would consider this libelous if it wasn't so funny. Actually we have saved 10's of thousands of people from having to throw thier iPod in the trash and buy a new one, many times for under $50.
The issue with the 'Rip off Reports' is that you are hearing a very biased side of the story, which is usually embellished to make it more interesting. Unfortunately, we pay the price by losing business. But if you do the math, you will see that we are doing a pretty good job...
