Digi Express Wont Honor Warranty New Kensington, Pennsylvania

I had my Ipod repaired Sept 2008 by Digiexpress. I was told that the repair of the hard drive and the video screen come with a LIFETIME warranty. That is why I spent 138.00 to have this done because of the lifetime warranty. I dont use my ipod much and it is treated gentle. ( I only use as a music source in my muscle car) The hard drive is now not working correctly and I called. They said 30 day warranty only. I informed them that I was told lifetime warranty and my receipt says lifetime warranty. I was put on hold for along time and then was told the manager (whomever that is) says 30 days only. I filed a report with the BBB and found they were unaccredited with 42 non responses. I don't play games with businesses. I am a business owner and I assure you that if I warranty something for life I don't change that in 3 years time. Totally unproffesional and I would not do business with these people. They told me to resend the unit in and they will do a diagnosis for 25.00.. You have to be kidding me...
