DIMOUT Never Delivered Product...then went off the grid! Internet

I ordered from the company and was told that at most the shipping would take 2 weeks. At the time of purchase, I received an order confirmation and my credit card was promptly charged for the order.

3 weeks went by and I had no shipping updates, order updates and certainly no product.

I submitted a message through their "Contact Us" website which resulted in an email ticket being placed. However, again, no response after that even though they said it would be a 24 hour turnaround for reply.

Finally, I tried calling their phone number (941 area code = FL) and the number is disconnected.

A friend of mine just went through the same exact ordeal.

Do not buy from this website!
